Sandi Maqoqa appeared in the role of Judy Sontanga in 1998 in the movie The Last Contract. She graduated in BSc Computer Science Degree and Post Graduate Degree in BCom Honors at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. She later relocated from Cape Town to Johannesburg,South Africa in 2007 as the Head of the IT division for South Africa railway corporation called Prasa. She represented a continental Africa beauty pageant titled Miss Africa in 1999 and crowned Queen of Africa: Isixhosa in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was later crowned as Mrs Gauteng in 2011 and later crowned as Mrs Globe South Africa 2016 & went to China to compete for the overall title of Mrs Globe in 2016 representing South Africa. She plays netball for a provincial and local teams at a competitive level. She is a long distance athlete and runs official races under Midrand Striders Running Club. She appeared on magazine cover for Supreme mag based in Nigeria, Port Harcourt and has featured on several newspapers and editorial pages. She is an IT consultant by specialist.
