Gemma is an actress, musician and model born in Sydney, Australia. Coming from a creative family, she had her heart set on acting since she was six, where her mother, a clinical educator for Cochlear and a brilliant artist, and father, small business owner and phenomenal musician, always supported her dream. Gemma is the youngest in the family, having one older sister, and has Italian and Irish ancestry.Before getting involved in film, Gemma was involved with a theatre company from the age of 8, performing lead and supporting roles in many productions, some include The Sound of Music, Annie and Alice in Wonderland. She continued drama throughout high school, where she took up an interest in script writing; a passion which has recently become a reality in the form of a short film she wrote, due to begin filming in January 2017.Outside the performing arts, Gemma has worked for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) before beginning secondary study at Sydney Design School, majoring in Interior Design. She currently works at LOTL Magazine Australia and is due to graduate from Interior Design at the end of the year. Hide
