American Assassin
The terrorist attack had the secret CIA mercenary Mitch Rapp lose his bride, which made him crushed. Depressed but seriously minded Mitch is being appointed by the CIA deputy director to be trained by Stan Hurley for terrorism preventing operations and criminals hunting. As it may seem they investigate a wave of erratic attacks on military and civilian objects. But as the result the prevention of the Third World War in the Middle East makes the partners unite with the Turkish agent.

[Dylan] O'Brien is grimly focused as Rapp, but there isn't a lot of electricity in his performance. He gets the job done, but he's no Matt Damon or Daniel Craig. Their spy-guy shoes remain unfilled.
