Crimson Tide
The movie tells the story of two leaders with different philosophies about battle and leadership wage war with each other right when Russian rebels have taken over over a nuclear missile site and are fueling them for a possible strike against the USA.

The screenplay may be credited to Michael Schiffer, but the punchy dialogue has Quentin Tarantino written all over it. The cast has a ball.
