It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
The film revolves around 'Smiler' Grogan, a former convict wanted by police in a robbery. This man has committed a serious robbery of a tuna plant 15 years ago and is now a fugitive. This fugitive man is on his way to a different route, the state highway 74, near Palm Springs, southern California. At that moment, five motorists stopped to help him.
