Description
A man called Craig is kidnapped and stirs in a tempest basement. His captor, Bill, is a serial killer who wishes to reenact his own role, with Craig filling the role of Bill and Bill playing each other individual. As Bill torments Craig, he experiences different personas, endeavoring direly to find a course to spare himself.

[For] low-budget horror, The Basement certainly isn't the worst, but it's far from the best. It's a good time-killer with great gore and decent performances, a nice background while you play that game on your phone. Don't expect anything more.
