According to the obstacles he faces that prevents him from making his biggest bargain, Alain Charinier, a French dangerous criminal and heroin dealer, who prepares for sending 32 million heroin to Los Angeles, but because he is followed by the police, cannot achieve his mission, sends the heroin with his friend, the thing that brings terrible for him.
