We live through the fourth season a new and diverse series of documentaries, where there is a problem faced by the manager of the Demi Passenger Experience. Demi starts dealing with some disgruntled passengers, while Carney-Anne and Selena handle broken luggage belts that cause discontent. On the other hand, it seems that Bob, a border worker, will decide whether he should allow a young Brazilian student to visit the UK to visit his brother, which seems to be forbidden.
