Following the struggles of an ambitious and successful model, Deb Dobkins, who once has been died in a car accident, but she has evacuated in the body of a young intelligent and overweight lawyer, Jane Bingum, who inspires her to change her insight on the world and to search for her inner beauty. A new season begins with Jane and Owen enjoy their vacation in Italy, but when the firm threatens by the financial problems, they have to cut their vacation and return.
