It's a series of serious animation adventures that are being talked about by those forces called The G.I. Joe Special Missions Force. They are facing another gang called Cobra, which after a successful raid on a satellite for broadcasting, is now threatening the world with a revolutionary device called MASS, which seems dangerous. This device can snatch anything that appears to be out of existence all over the world. Maybe the G.I. Joe Special Missions Force builds a device called MASS to counter these dangerous gangs.
