In an action and exciting atmosphere, the series follows Dr. Tommy Oliver who created Dinosaur like robots called Bio Zords. At this point, the evil Mesogog destroyed Tommy's lab. Then Tommy had to leave the city. But when Mesogog is back again, Dr. Tommy will make up a team of Power Rangers to fight him.
