Season five of ' Teen Titans' comes up with a series of adventures and struggles that where a group of five heroes of teenagers, who cooperate with each other and defend the world from evil that seeks to destroy the wiped. In this new season, the Titans leave the town and go on a mission, when Control Freak comes to destroy them.

Given that Beast Boy is the least likely person you'd expect to become a leader, seeing him slip into that role and utilize his experience with the Teen Titans and Doom Patrol is heartening to watch.

As a five season series,... Teen Titans ushered in a new evolution of superhero storytelling through animation and exposed a wide audience, maybe even broader than that of the Justice League, to the heroes of the DC universe.
