The fourth season begins again to offer a series of new comedies, where Jay Leno seems to have left his dog under the care of Mr. Sheffield. On the other hand, Fran's accounts are being audited because of the accumulated taxes, and nothing can help her at that moment. Meanwhile, Fran contacted Mr. Sheffield for help, and they went to the IRS office to prove the income taxes of Fran in order to find a solution out of the real impasse.
