30 Rock - Season 4
In season 4, the events seem more dramatic and powerful. The season begins with Liz and Pete, who are looking for new talent. On the other hand, Liz and Beat are trying to manipulate the process of testing a new member of the acting team. Jack goes to Washington to answer many questions about General Electric, and also discovers that his old adversary, Devon Banks, leads the investigation with a strange and exciting coincidence.

"Season 4" does little to disappoint and in fact starts the show off on much stronger footing than the first couple episodes of season 3.

30 Rock, meanwhile, finished an uneven but mostly rewarding fourth season by throwing itself wholeheartedly into romantic dilemmas.

Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) and Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) may be searching for a new star for TGS, but 30 Rock itself doesn't need any new curveballs to keep our attention this season.

30 Rock remains one of the class acts of the current sitcom world.

So far, a mere one episode in, Rock remains the best comedy - though probably dead-even with "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
